For oversized items or natural stone basins, a logistics specialist may reach out via phone or email to confirm structural access points at your delivery address (e.g., freight elevators, ground floor drop-off requirements) prior to dispatching the delivery vehicle.

3. Secure Crating and Packaging

To prevent structural fractures during heavy transport, our products are securely packed in heavy-duty cardboard mouldings or industrial wooden crates. Please exercise caution when uncrating or opening your shipment to avoid damaging the finished surfaces of the furniture or sanitaryware.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are determined dynamically at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your order and your precise geographical zone.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been securely dispatched, a confirmation email containing specialised freight tracking details will be sent to you. You will be able to monitor your consignment's transit stages directly online.

6. Duties and Customs (International Orders)

For cross-border shipments, your order may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and customs clearance taxes levied by the destination country. These legal fees are dictated by regional customs offices and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
